GoldenAlexStore Checkout Terms

By placing an order with GoldenAlexStore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Policies.

Certain GoldenAlexStore products are manufactured specifically according to approved customer requirements and may require a production period before delivery. For such products, production begins after the required order quantity is completed in accordance with the production capacity and manufacturing arrangements.

For products manufactured per order, replacement applies in cases where a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the advertised specifications is confirmed. Such products are not eligible for a refund.

Products available from existing stock are subject to the applicable replacement and refund conditions stated in our Terms & Policies.

Shapewear products, such as waist and abdominal shapers, and underwear products that come into direct contact with the body are not eligible for return or replacement, for the protection of customer health and to prevent the transmission of diseases.
