1. Customer Trust & Confidence
The Terms, Conditions, and Policies of GoldenAlexStore are based on one fundamental principle: customer trust and confidence are our highest priority. We are committed to providing clear information regarding customer rights, purchasing conditions, replacement, returns, and warranty.
2. Product Information
GoldenAlexStore provides clear and accurate product descriptions and specifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information, specifications, features, and applicable policies before completing a purchase.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed after it has been successfully submitted and the required payment has been completed through the payment methods available on the store.
4. Made-to-Order / Per-Order Products
Certain GoldenAlexStore products are manufactured specifically according to special specifications or requirements for valued customers. These products follow a Made-to-Order / Per-Order production system. Manufacturing begins once the specified production quantity for the applicable batch has been completed, according to the manufacturing partner's production capacity and schedule.
5. Manufacturing & Delivery
For Made-to-Order / Per-Order products, the estimated manufacturing and delivery period begins from the actual start of manufacturing and does not include the order-collection period required to complete the production batch.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and applicable functional issues during the stated warranty period, according to the product's warranty terms.
8. Product Inspection
Products subject to a defect or non-conformity claim are technically inspected to determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect or customer misuse.
9. Misuse
If the technical inspection confirms that the issue resulted from misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modification by the customer, the product is not covered by the warranty. The customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
10. Returns & Replacements
For products available from stock: If a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the advertised technical specifications is confirmed, the customer is entitled, within the applicable period according to the nature of the product, to replacement or a refund, after deduction of applicable administrative fees and shipping costs.
If the technical inspection confirms customer misuse, the customer is not entitled to replacement or refund and is responsible for the additional shipping costs.
For Made-to-Order / Per-Order products: If the customer receives a product that does not match the requested specifications, receives an incorrect product, or the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, the product must be returned to the source for inspection.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, the customer is entitled to replacement only, not a refund, with a USD 50 financial compensation.
11. Personal Care, Shapewear & Underwear Products
Shapewear, underwear, and other products intended for direct personal wear are not eligible for return or replacement, for hygiene and health-protection reasons and to prevent the potential transmission of infections.
12. Purpose of These Policies
These policies are designed to protect the customer, GoldenAlexStore as the seller and brand owner, and our manufacturing partners, while providing clear procedures for purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, warranty, replacement, and returns.
13. Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the applicable Terms & Policies and agree to them .
